There should be a bolt or screw to loosen off that clamps the lever onto the splined shaft...:)

Spray it with penetrating oil let it soak a day or so. Be careful with puller do you don't mess up anything on shaft.

Might even hear the kick lever then see if ti will expand

Just checkin';) Yep,spray the penetrating oil on,have a beer, then you might be able to wiggle it to get it started,if no go,spray some more, have another beer, then maybe a light tap with a hammer....fixing kids bikes is thirsty work....:D

If you start to tapping with a hammer use a scrap piece of wood between it and the kicker, or use a mallet.

Sometimes it's a good idea to tap a few times just AFTER applying the penetrating oil, then wait a few hours . . .

once ya get the bolt out, sprayed with solvent, tap a screwdriver into the slot....it should make the lever expand just enough to wiggle and come off........good luck!!!

Why not drive a screw driver between the crack were the bolt came out. Then it will fall off. Later ole Ted.
