    Hello!
just got my tuners kit in the mail today and am ready to get to work!! The directions have jetting recommendation for everything except my present combo....which is a bone stock TC88 with a Ness big sucker and stock exhaust. :)

any suggestion on where to start?? kit came with 46/48 and 190/195

    Thanks in Advance

I just installed the same kit in my 2002 stock TC88 with a stage 1 air cleaner and aftermarket slip ons. I went with the 48/190 combo and am 2.25 turns out on the EZ-adjuster. My bike is back to running like it did when I bought it a few years ago. :D

I would check the diagram in Accerator pump area also. Mine was rotted out to the point that when I took the cover off the diagram fell out in about 1K pieces.

Thanks for the advice, not sure how much of a difference the aftermarket slip-on's make compaired to the stock mufflers in terms of jetting but I was planning on trying the 48/190 combo and seeing what happens.

    UPDATE

Well I did the full swap last night and it seems working great! hardest part about the whole deal was the throttle cables.

bike had 45/190 and I went with the 48/190. with 2.5 turns of the EZ adjuster. seems to run perfect, slight bog in the lower rpms but it picks up fast from there.

going to do some riding and tuning tonight after work.
