I'd like to replace my stock air intake with a better breather. Ness Big Sucker seems to stop at 2005. Any other suppliers worth looking at?

Dealer states they will not honor my warranty if I do the intall of my new rineharts, power commander (from direct parts) and stage 1 air filter. They want $600 to install exhaust, stage 1 air filter and download the stage 1 map. Another caveat is unless I get the racer tuner at that time again no warranty.
SO from you "old" heads
...... should I just wait 2 years to install the exhaust to keep they waranty intact or what I'm going to do (unless hard evidence points otherwise) is install the exhaust and screw the warranty.
Thanks,
Dino

I've got HD Screamin Eagle II (Baloney Cut) slip-ons on my 03 FXDWG. Also had them on my 01 FXDXT. On both bikes I also had a dynojet carb kit and KN Filter combo. My problem is the slip-ons continuously explode (backfire?) out the back whenever I have excellerated hard and then roll-off the exhaust also if cruising steady and down-shift through the gears. Sometimes it's "Cool" but for the most part it's becomming annoying. The HD dealer says it's due to vaccum inside the pipe which sucks in cooler air causing the explosion. Other HD slip-ons with a different cut don't do this. Dealer says live with it. Any suggestions out there?Oct
