2001 1200 sportster custom, couple years ago I added S&S air filter, long strait BUB pipes, reversion cones and a jet kit, drilled the slide," I know" 160 main and 42 pilot. Ran Excelent.
Then I drank too much bought and installed a set of Andrews N4 cams. running Rich. took carb off rebuilt it, still rich, went back to stock setup, except drilled slide, still Rich, black smoke when given gas, if idleing it will load up...Not Good.. stock was 170 main...
Any ideas where to go next.

I did read one of the tech talks about timing with N4 cams. Ken and Art's coments about leaving the pilot alone and bumping to a 175 were Great.
