Any body get strange looks or a semi argument from folks when you try to tell them the the 103 Primary holds a bit more (6 ozs. more) that the other Primary cases. Every time I buy the oil, the sales guys say only a quart and I have to tell them that , no the manual says 1.12 quarts or 38 ounces. It's always news to them. But that is what it takes to bring thhe level to the lip of the case.

Had my 6th treatment today and things went fine. My CEA is now down to 13.4. I hve another tratment in two weks then the following week I hve a PET scan and if it shows as much improvment as the previous scan, I may get to drop some of the chemo. So thank you for the continued prayers. Your faith is working.
BTW - anybody going to Rolling Thunder in DC next weekend? We're supposed to leave Thursday evening. I changed all the oil in my bike last week in preparation. There wiil be a group of about 200 to 300 stop at ourdealership (Black Wolf) on Wednesday. We usually served them ot dgs, chips, drinks and desserts. They usually get there about noon and leave about 3 to go on up the road another hundred miles or so t spend the night.

I think my drive gear may going bad.
The bike starts right up but gives a binding sound when starter is engaged. Sounds like the starter gear assembly is binding up against the ring gear.
I have tried everything, realigning the starter housing, 2 primary cover gaskets, no primary cover gasket, 1, 2 and no jackshaft shims.
Still getting the binding sound.
Any else got an idea of what it might be besides the gear?
